Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 2 business day refund policy, which means you have 2 business days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit photographic proof of damage of item as well as the shipping box. This is so we can determine if damage was caused by shipping carriers or in improper packaging. If damage occurred in shipping you can submit a claim on your own with the shipping provider.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
